Between poetic lyrics and pulsing anthems, we were swept away by the amazing original talents of Benami tonight. In two sets, this show went from songs that emanated poignant reflection to the ill-est psychedelic melodies. There were songs in Hebrew that communicated longing for there to be peace in the world, to awesome alternative rock numbers that were utterly reminiscent of Smashing Pumpkins jams, without being derivative.  The whole room yelled out for an encore, and with good reason, we were filled to the brim with the energy, passion and sincerity of this performer. Huge thank you’s to the crowd who filled the room with love and dancing - we enjoyed each and every one of you for being such great company!

It is about that time again… Come and get your Craft On and Celebrate Spring by having some Good Old Fashion Family FUN on Sunday, May 26th!!
From 11am until 3pm on the second floor of Homegrown Hamilton we will craft it up like it is no one’s business.
Kevin MacKay will guide us through Wizard World-Tower Making Mayhem Madness. Christina is all over Birdhouse Painting Badness. Lauren will facilitate some vinyl record painting insanity… and any other crafty things your mind can create with the supplies on hand, are of course more than welcome!
This ALL AGES/ FREE event will have a wheel chair accessible table set up downstairs, so all can come and share in the love. Oh, and by all ages, we’re talking to YOU grownups!
